Here's a few of our favourite brewing methods for making a perfect cup of Midnight Roasters coffee.

Water Temperature
200-205ºF
Let the water cool for 30 seconds after boiling

Grind
Medium

Coffee
25 grams
(approx. 5 heaping tbsps)

Water
400 grams
(14 oz.)

Brewing Time
Pour about 100 grams of water, covering all the grounds, and then let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then continue pouring the remaining water

Water Temperature
200-205ºF
Let the water cool for 30 seconds after boiling

Coarse

Coffee
35 grams
(approx. 7 heaping tbsps)

Water
400 grams
(14 oz.)

Brewing Time
Pour about 100 grams of water, covering all the grounds, and then let it bloom for 30 seconds. Stir. Then pour the remaining water and let steep for 3.5 minutes before plunging.

Let the water cool for 30 seconds after boiling
